Thank you for giving me the time to understand Plug n Play and for showing me the complete space. Based on our discussion and my visit, I feel Plug n Play has good potential to grow as a family entertainment and group hangout space in OMR. The place already has many offerings and the team is handling the daily work. My support will mainly be to strengthen the existing process, identify gaps, build simple systems, improve consistency, and help you monitor progress more easily.

Simple systems for daily opening and closing, cleaning and area readiness, game area readiness, customer handling, review collection, task updates, and weekly reporting. If needed, mini tools or checklist apps can be built for staff updates and owner monitoring.

Positioning Plug n Play beyond VR or gaming — towards family entertainment and group hangout. Includes content ideas per offering, video references, caption direction, offer-based planning, and birthday, family, college and group positioning.

Study how enquiries arrive through Instagram, WhatsApp, phone calls, walk-ins, birthday party requests, and offer enquiries. Identify gaps in follow-up and conversion, and suggest practical improvements.

Instagram / Facebook Ads Support
Audience targeting suggestions, ad content direction, offer communication, lead and enquiry tracking, and campaign review. Ad budget is separate and paid directly by Plug n Play. Does not include Google Ads or technical SEO.

  • More suitable for first-month observation, setup and team alignment

Note: The initial two visits can be planned as detailed observation visits — preferably one Sunday and one Monday — to understand both weekend and weekday operations. These two visits may be around 9 hours each, depending on the requirement.

Additional on-site visits, if needed, will be charged at ₹3,000 per visit.
